    b)    Gender
    c)    Email address
    d)    Position title/name
    e)    Company/Business Unit name, Division name, Rank title/name

    g)    Information about the individual’s relatives and affiliates
    h)    Photograph or video images
    i)     Information considered sensitive such as information
           or any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to
           have been committed by him, the disposal of such
           proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such
           proceedings

Your personal information will be used solely to enable us to implement the Corporate Governance policies and procedures to properly address the forms/reports/inquiries, forwarded them by appropriate internal units for action and response, and provide appropriate updates and advisories in a legitimate format and in an orderly and timely manner. It will be used within Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation and its business units and/or subsidiaries and may continue to use even in situations where your application usage has been terminated or altered in any way, for a reasonable period thereafter (including, where applicable, a period to enable the Company to enforce its rights under any contract, law or equity, with or against you) and will not be shared with any outside parties.
